surface temperature as control variable

I’m wondering if it’s possible to operate the ideal loads air system based on wall surface temperature, rather than zone air temperature. Specifically, I’d like the system to operate when the wall surface temperature is outside the desired range, regardless of the resulting air temperature.

I tried using EMS to modify the controls, but it seems those variables cannot be used as inputs to the ideal loads air system.

If anyone has suggestions or ideas, I’d greatly appreciate your help in advance.

Thank you so much!
