Why can't I heat and cool at the same time in Transys?? Is it possible?

@chloe can you provide a bit more detail? What kind of heating cooling system(s) are you modeling? Do you want heating in some zones and cooling in other zones at the same time?

Also, can you upload your model to Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. and then share a URL for others to download? That would help others provide better solutions.

@chloe I'm not a TRNSYS user, but usually the VRF condenser (aka outdoor unit) has a heat recovery option. If this heat recovery is off, then all zones with VRF terminals (aka indoor units) connected to the same VRF condenser will either receive heating or cooling -- the only way to enable a mix of heating and cooling across these zones is to turn on heat recovery.
