I have a Retail shop (conditioned zone) in Sydney that has 1. walls adjacent to an unconditioned corridor and 2. concrete floor to an unconditioned space I have defined these constructions properties as SurfaceProperty:OtherSideCoefficients Any idea about the value of the coefficients that I can use for these cases?

It's reasonable to suggest that free-floating temperatures of the unconditioned corridor (or any other buffer zone) would remain somewhere between the outdoor temperature (DBT, EPW file) and the expected temperature range of the conditioned retail shop ... if fairly well shaded, and well ventilated to the outdoor environment. In other circumstances (e.g. poorly designed, highly-glazed), buffer zone temperatures can readily exceed outdoor temperatures. So it depends. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply. Actually all unconditioned zones are non ventilated and fully shaded. I was looking for an approximate at least value for the coefficient in each case. I am not using the temperature option but the surface coefficient option
