Design Builder Heating Coil Nominal Capacity

Just wanted to confirm - when the nominal heating coil capacity is populated, is that the input heating value or the output heating value

i.e 100 MBH Input -> 80% efficiency -> 80 MBH Output

Would I input 100 or 80 in the nominal capacity field

I assume it is the output heating value. Capacity usually refers to the output heat transfer.
