Hello everyone,

I have a problem with connecting the HP (air-to-water) in EnergyPlus. The problem is that the heat pump is connected to VRF units in the room, and the HP is also connected to a hydrobox (Heat Exchanger-Fluid to Fluid) that sends to floor heating/cooling in the same room. Photo: https://ibb.co/6DCHbtj . Simply put, fluid flows through the system to the VRF and hydrobox, while on the other side there is water.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or knows how to solve it?

A big thank you to everyone.

@VHellou it would be helpful if you can add a diagram image to your post so that others can provide better solutions.

Also, are you doing this directly in an EnergyPlus input data file (IDF), or are you using an interface (DesignBuilder, OpenStudio Application, etc.)?

Of course, I just added it on link https://ibb.co/6DCHbtj. Yes, I exclusively model systems within EnergyPlus (IDF), so I need help. Thank you

@VHellou thank you.

Just to clarify, what type of liquid is flowing between the heat pump, VRF units, and heat exchanger -- a glycol/refrigerant, or water?

The entire system contains glycol/refrigerant, and after the heat exchanger, water circulates to the underfloor heating/cooling system.
