Why does FloorspaceJS mash every story together? Is there a way to fix this? [closed]

I am trying to model an 8-story building where six floors have various thermal zones, but there are overlaps in the 8 stories. The image below shows the issues. I do not have any floor offsets and the stories have the same height. The floor height is 3m + 1m for plenum. I understand I have some misalignments in the stairwell which is not discernable. I think the mashing of the floors is impacting the windows that I have placed on the floors.
