Time Lag in TMY Data from NSRDB Viewer

I have been scratching my head about the TMY data I downloaded from the NSRDB resource viewer today. I navigated in the viewer to the location I needed the TMY data from and followed the steps to download temperature and other values. But now I am looking at it for modeling and there is a 6-9 hour time lag between daytime high temperatures and when you would intuitively think to see them. I'm talking 99°F showing up at 8, 9, 10, 11 PM with daily low temperatures occurring at 10 or 11 AM. It defies belief.

What is this? Is there a problem in the data? Do I need to manually introduce a correction?
