error of Openstudio simulation

Can't help you with Revit, but the E+ severe error message is clear: Construction:AirBoundary can only be referenced by surfaces separating 2 zones. Open your IDF file with a text editor and check which surfaces shouldn't be referencing Construction:AirBoundary (or if there's a geometry issue, like overlapping surfaces). And yes, activate Output:Diagnostics,DisplayExtraWarnings. Otherwise, share your IDF file (e.g. accessible Google Drive).
