In HVAC loop it is not giving answer of energy at same temp. throughout day.

I have added HVAC loop to calculate energy needed for air conditioning. But it is not giving output at 28C of set point. It is showing( AirLoopHVAC AIR LOOP HVAC 1 has air flow less than 1.0000E-003 m3/s. * ~~~ * Primary air system volumetric flow rate = 0.0000 m3/s. * ~~~ * Check flow rate inputs for components in this air loop and,) error.
