The "Open Studio Results" measure is not working in version 2.9.1

I am using Openstudio 2.9.1. The "Open Studio Results" measure is not working and when I try to download it from BCL it says "The measure requires a new version of OpenStudio" I cannot shift to a new version as my SketchUp version does not support the new version. Would anyone be able to help me? Further Output variable list does not show the variable " Surface Average Face Conduction Heat Transfer". I need this data to analyze the conduction heat transfer through the walls. How can I get this output variable in OpenStudio version 2.9.1 ?
