Is there an OpenStudio measure for creating ASHRAE 90.1-2007 PRM Model?
Hello, I'm working on automating the PRM openstudio baseline model generation process, and I have a question regarding the "Create ASHRAE 90.1-2019 PRM Model" measure. I want to know if it's possible to use this measure for the 179D Commercial Buildings Energy Efficiency Tax Deductions. According to the link provided:
For properties placed into service on or before December 31, 2020, the energy and power cost shall be compared with the minimum requirements of ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007.
I wonder if the "Create ASHRAE 90.1-2019 PRM Model" measure can be applied to buildings that meet this condition since it creates PRM models that meet ASHRAE 90.1-2019 standards and not the 2007 standards. Will the measure be updated to include 2007 standards, or will a new measure be developed? Alternatively, should I use the "Create Baseline Building" measure, currently in beta, as it includes a 2007 option? What would be the best way to automate the generation of an ASHRAE 90.1-2007 PRM model to apply for the 179D tax deduction?
