Hello EnergyPlus community,

I am new to EnergyPlus and I was wondering how the software defines the initial conditions for simulations.

Can anyone provide some insight on this topic?

Thanks

@Marcos does this post answer your question? EnergyPlus starts out with all the surfaces at 23C and runs warmup days until temperature results for the first day converge.
