I am trying to add Zone HVAC Ideal Loads Air Systems in OpenStudio, but I have no idea, how to do this. I posted another similar question here, but I believe this question refers to Zone Equipment and not to air loops. By a lot of digging, I found that there are a bunch of awesome test .osm models (here), and I found a .osm file that includes Zone HVAC Ideal Loads Air Systems here.

You would think that you could add this kind of zone equipment via the library options on the right, but I do not see it anywhere. How can I add this zone equipment to my model?

I found these issues on Github related to these kinds of systems (here and here). In the meantime, is there a zone level system I should use for sizing purposes (obtaining both sensible and latent loads which incorporate outside air flows)?

Have you tried finding a measure on the BCL?

When I tried adding Ideal Air Loads to OpenStudio workflows in the past, the model would fail because of incompatibility between IAL and pre-existing EMS objects present in the model. Just adding the IAL measure from the BCL may not be enough.

Use the Ideal Air Loads Zone HVAC and/or the Ideal Loads Options measures on BCL.
