You'll find a ton of interesting OpenStudio models (.osm files) under the OpenStudio-resources repository. You may find it useful to sift through inline comments of corresponding Ruby (.rb) files.

I suggest you first go through the OpenStudioCoalition tutorials under Getting Started.

For items falling under the umbrella of "measurement parameter analysis", you're better off going through the underlying simulation engine (EnergyPlus) references.
