Pipe encrustation

Hello all,

I am trying to model a plant loop that is running for 13 years and I want to estimate the encrustation inside pipes so I can model it on Open Studio.

Does anyone know how can I estimate this value, is that a percentual related to years of opperation (even when cold water is well treated over the years)?
