openstudio-sketchup-plugin Problem
Hello, expert.
I'm using macos M1 (arm) I'm trying to connect sketchup to openstudio.
If there is a problem, please tell me which part is the problem.
What I installed: OpenStudio-3.6.1 / OpenStudioApplication-1.6.0 / SketchUp 2023
plugin download(SketchUp Plugin v1.6.0) : https://github.com/openstudiocoalitio...
What I'm working on 1. Installation of the above 2. Install SketchUp Plugin v1.6.0 (.rbz) in the Sketchup Extension Manager 3. path to Openstudio Root (/Applications/OpenStudioApplication-1.6.0)
Number 3 is not performed. (Please refer to the attached photo below.)
https://github.com/openstudiocoalitio... I found this link, but I don't know how to use it. If you need to use the link above, please tell me which folder part to use
Translation can be awkward. Thank you for your help.
Which MacOS? For instance, I can run OpenStudioApplication 1.6.0 + SketchUp (SU) plugin with SU Pro 2023.0 under Sonoma 14.1.1 (on a ~4 year-old MacBook Air dual-core i3), even if Trimble doesn't yet support Sonoma. However, SU 2023.1 systematically crashed the instant I tried loading the OpenStudio SU plugin. Reverting back to 2023.0 did the trick. Is that what you're encountering?
I did what you said, but it worked out well. I lowered the SU 2023 version and it works well. Thank you so much. I'm so happy. I wish you all the best in the future!!!!
Great news, @kitty. Best of luck!
Thanks for reporting this @kitty, I've added this issue on GitHub to track it https://github.com/openstudiocoalitio...
