Model radiative sky cooling in OpenStudio or EnergyPlus
I'm trying to model the impact of a material such as Sky Cool on building thermal performance in several different configurations. I'm open to solutions that involve equipment, and/or apply it directly to surfaces.
Open enhancement request. Not familiar with any short-term workarounds (e.g. via EMS).
