Hello, I am making an Open Studio model and when I add the design days, I get the following error. Does anyone know how to solve it?

** Severe ** DualSetPointWithDeadBand: Effective heating set-point higher than effective cooling set-point - increase deadband if using unmixed air model
**   ~~~   ** occurs in Zone=ZONA VIVIENDA During Warmup & Sizing, Environment=SANTANDER ANN CLG .4% CONDNS DB=>MWB, at Simulation time=08/21 00:00 - 00:15
**   ~~~   ** LoadToHeatingSetPoint=515.496, LoadToCoolingSetPoint=231.467
**   ~~~   ** Zone TempDepZnLd=111.75
**   ~~~   ** Zone TempIndZnLd=2622.85
**   ~~~   ** Zone Heating ThermostatSetPoint=24.00
**   ~~~   ** Zone Cooling ThermostatSetPoint=23.50

Regards, Pablo

The problem appears to be with your thermostat setpoints, not the design days. The error says that your zone thermostat setpoints are 24 C for heating and 23.5 C for cooling, is that really what you intended?

You can't simultaneously heat to 24 C and cool to 23.5 C, the heating/cooling equipment would both turn on and fight with each other. The only way you could model setpoints like this would be to schedule the heating/cooling equipment so that they never run at the same timestep.
