Generating chillers performance curves with manufacturer data

I am trying to generate the Energyplus chiller performance curves CoolCapfT, CFIRfT, and CFIRfPLR using the data provided by the manufacturer. But I am not quite sure if the columns are enough, can anyone guide me on the process?

Chiller Performance Data:
