How to build an integrated system of photovoltaic curtain wall with cavity in EnergyPlus?

Hi. I'm trying to build a BIPV system. I need both enclosed and ventilated cavities to compare the impact of their respective photovoltaic heat on the building's annual energy consumption. But the problem is that the way I set the photovoltaic can only make it serve as a shading component. (This may have something to do with the way I use scripts to add PV from shading components. )

Some progress has been made in the part of the ventilation cavity. I use the SurfaceProperty:OtherSideConditionsModel tab to set the cavity and link it to the outside boundary condition of an outside surface in BuildingSurface:Detailed. But have I successfully set up the pv and ventilation cavity system? I'm still not sure of it.

I desperately need help on setting EnergyPlus to make the air gap able to conduct the heat from the photovoltaic panels indoors. Can you give me some detailed advice or give me an example? Thank you so much!
