Controller Mechanical Ventilation and Latent effectiveness of air-to-air plate HX

and when I receive the data, which may be possibly incorrect I've been looking at the errors, almost all of them are with the DOAS installation. Next I show you the error code received and some data of the installation.

Could someone tell me how to fix the error?
