Can someone email me an openstudio (.osm format) file with a water source heat pump sample file?

I have reviewed all of the water source heat pump posts and implemented everything suggested. I have a boiler and evaporative tower in series on a condensing loop coupled with a water to air heat pump on the air side. I have made sure that the air side is connected to the condenser plant loop. When I run the job, I get errors related to the water-to-air hp not having connections at its nodes. I really could use either a sample open studio file with a wshp modeled or a screen shot of a properly set up air-loop for a wshp system.

I know that their is a script that will set up the system in an idf file, but I prefer to do it within the open studio environment. My email is energyexpert@bellsouth.net

@Zarmbo it would be helpful to add the text of your error to the question for debugging.

If you haven't already tried it, you can apply the Replace HVAC With WSHP And DOAS measure now which will run as long as you make the following edits to avoid a run away plant temperatures error.

  • delete supply side bypass pipe

Thanks. As I mentioned in my post, I already ran the measure script WSHO & DOAS and got it to run, however I am not yet comfortable with reading idf files and making sure all of the connections are correct. I am trying to create a graphical model in open studio that I can apply to a 25 zone building.

From your question, it sounds like the WSHPs are connected to the water loop. These should be connected to the water loop not the air loop. The air loop should have AirTerminal objects to providing ventilation and maybe preconditioning from the DOAS to the zones.
