Complete OSM Files for Sample Data

I'm an intern at one of the national laboratories, and my mentor and I have been trying to generate sample data based on multiple OpenStudio models. Even on the BCL, all but one of the "Whole Building" components are IDF files, which lose a lot of their useful data when imported into OpenStudio. I was wondering if anyone on this forum could provide me with or point me to complete OSM models ready for analysis, which I can download and use.

Given how many people use OpenStudio, I thought it would be easier to find samples like these, but I've looked and can't seem to. If you have any of your own, I would be more than happy if you shared them.
