How to get future weather with E+ Python API

With E+ Python API, I want to retrieve variables like outdoor temperature, mean radiant temperature, relative humidity, for +1, +2 ... timesteps from my current timestep to be viewable at my current timestep.

How can I achieve this?

Read the documentation on datatransfer.DataExchange. Here's an extract:

As a side note, you're using python, so you could also just parse the EPW yourself, retrieve the current simulation time, and do the lookups yourself. That'd allow you to lookup further than 1 day in the future if needed.
