@mary If you're using the PixelCounting shadow calculation method, transmittance schedules of shading surfaces has no impact. Is that the issue?
If not, can you confirm that the schedule you've assigned for transmittance has values >0?
@Aaron Boranian Hello, thank you for your comment. The shadow calculation method used in my model is "PolygonClipping",I changed thetransmittance schedules of the tree , which is 0.25 in summer and 0.75 in winter.
