PAT Summary Table empty in Manual Mode (GET DATAPOINT OUT.OSW ERROR)

Although the analysis runs without error, the Summary Table under the ReportsTab is always empty when running in Manual mode even though the OpenStudio Results Measure has been added to the workflow. See example below for one of the sample projects found on GitHub (https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio-PA...). I am using PAT 3.5.1 under MacOS 14.4.

I am fairly new to PAT and OpenStudio, is there something I am missing?
