Running Slab and Basement preprocessor through Linux CLI

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to run the slab/basement preprocessor through Linux CLI. I believe it is not possible to directly use the ./energyplus command but I was wondering if there are ways to first run the preprocessor and then use the output of the preprocessor into the energyplus program.
