Modeling divided mixed air plenum for dual duct system (EnergyPlus)

Hello, In OpenStudio/E+, is it possible to model a divided mixed air plenum where the return air is routed to the hot deck chamber and outside air is routed only to the cold deck chamber? See diagram below.
