EnergyPlus Python Data Transfer API: construction handle
Hello,
I see that, according to documentation, get_construction_handle() can only be used for Python Plugin Application, and not for "EnergyPlus-as-library" applications.
What's the reason for having this function only available for Python Plugin Apps? We'd like to use this function to get construction handles and actuate constructions, using EnergyPlus as a library.
From an initial look, I can't think of reason why this is the case. I filed it as an issue at NREL/EnergyPlus#9957 so we investigate
