Is it possible to make a zone partion in Openstudio?

Once a zone has been created in Openstudio, is it possible to partition this zone and create new ones?

This is a bit too vague.

Does your ThermalZone already have multiple spaces in it and you just want to reassign the spaces to several thermal Zones?
If not, how do you want to partition the single space it has? Using OpenStudio-sketchup-plugin? The OpenStudio SDK / Bindings? FloorspaceJS?
(supplemental questions might be how you want any existing loads / HVAC components to be handled if any...)
