Trouble with JEPLUS+EA (Running and opening)

Hello, I am using JEPLUS+ea for optimization of mixed-mode ventilation.

I am faced with several problems with JEPLUS+EA regarding opening and running.

First, Connection timeout error happens again and again after some iteration. Second, To solve first problem, I closed Jeplus+ea in my local computer, re-open the project and run again.

However, After some this sequential action, Jeplus+ea does not load the projects.. Hence, I try to log in ENSIMS Web Tools, but website is also not able to be accessed.

Please help me with this problems. I am using JEPLUS+EA only in my local computer (not using JESS client) Also, I installed JAVA 8 version JRE.

Before today, I was actively utilizing JEPLUS+EA. but I can see only error messages in command prompt..

The main word of error were as follows: AWt-eventqueue-0 Connection Time out

Please help me..
