Unable to run jEplus+EA
I am unable to run jEplus+EA on my computer. The application opens up but when I enter my login id and password, it says retrieving project files and gets stuck there. The program freezes and refuses to take any further input. Eventually, I have to close the program out and restart it and it's back to asking me for my login details.
I've tried using multiple login accounts with no success. I also ran the latest version of the application on a different computer that did not have jEplus+EA previously and I still am facing the same issue. I tried updating my version of Java to the latest one which hasn't fixed the error either. Further, the ENSIMS app where the projects can be viewed along with other resources isn't opening up for me in any browser or on any computer.
Can someone guide me as to why this error is showing up and how I could fix it? Is there a new version of jEplus+EA that's being made available or is the current one under maintenance which is why it isn't running?
To clarify jEplus the parametric tool still runs it's only the optimizer which isn't.
Might be an issue with the ENSIMS app or website that's also affecting this post.
It has been fixed now. Able to run jEplus and ENSIMS web apps as well. Thanks a lot!
