Error importing XML to OpenStudio

Hello,

I am importing an XML file to OpenStudio and I am receiving the following error:

"Skipping surface aim45100 Reversed of type RoofCeiling because it is not a prism"

I appreciate any help to solve the issue.

@hj can you confirm if you're importing the gbXML into the SketchUp plugin or the OpenStudio Application?

In OpenStudio application I am trying to import the XML.
