Modelling without Mechanical ventilation only without heating system

Dear All, I am trying to study thermal performance of building in a tropical climate, which means the building does not require any heating system but find it hard to eliminate the heating system while defining my HVAC system in open studio. I am sorry if that question is not reasonable to many people, but this is my challenge and I will appreciate any tip or advice.

You may have two approaches;

1) You can make a typical air-loop with no heating and cooling coils, or

2) Air loop with heating and cooling coils but setting their availability to zero, meaning coils wont work at all even though they are present in the .idf or .osm file. (See screenshot below). You have to select a schedule which will have a value of 0 throughout the day.

I think you can also select a temperature set-point high enough for cooling that it does not trigger HVAC system. you can apply same idea for heating season.

thank you so much Waseem for that. I read the answer given by Annie but just wondering how to do that correctly. it is by setting the heating coil efficiency to 0 or how exactly. if yes, I've tried this but still getting heating values. I'll appreciate any further insight. I am sorry, I am new to OS and e+. Thank you

@tjolutobi: It is the availability schedule of your coil (whether it is heating or cooling coil) not efficiency. Please see above updated answer with screen shoot. OR you can have set-point high enough for cooling that it wont come into action. Hope this will help.
