can't log into the site https://app.ensims.com/jea/
I'm new to Jeplus+EA and having a problem that I can't log into the site [https://app.ensims.com/jea/]. Nothing happens when I click on the log on, how can I solve this problem?
Hi there, could you give a bit more details of the issue, e.g. can you connect to your account in jEPlus+EA, and which browser you are using? A screenshot showing the URL and the website will be useful, too.
The jeplus+EA software can login to the account, but the webpage can't login, and there is no response when I click log on button. The website is https://app.ensims.com/jea/ and screenshots are as follows. link text
Ok, the page appeared to be not loaded completely. Could you try to access it from a different browser or a different network? Or you can press "Ctrl-Shift-i" and check the console logs for errors and paste them here.
