How to modify weather file for eQUEST?

I have already converted .epw file of energy plus to .bin file. Currently i need to change solar radiation of file with local values. So Is there any possibility to change same?

Hi Ashok. I'd suggest using the weather data tool Elements. This tool will let you display all of your weather file data in tabular form. You can easily make edits by copy/pasting data from other sources. You can also make quick charts or export to several different weather file formats including .epw or .bin

@Justin: When I open Jaipur EPW weather file available here http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/building...data3.cfm/region=2asiawmoregion_2/country=IND/cname=India using elements, I see values of both Global Solar and Diffuse Solar radiation are same, these values must not be same according to theory, Would you please explain what exactly happening here ?
