hourly air temperature and humidity with natural ventilation of zones

My question is how we get hourly simulation data of air temperature and humidity of different zones in openstudio or energyplus measures ? I am architect want to check by simple methodology. Kindly anyone guide me. I have put natural ventilation and stack effect in openstudio thermal zones. Thank you Umair
