Zone Air Contaminant Balance in OSapp

In OpenStudio Application v 1.4 if in Simulation settings / Zone air contaminant balance when I try to use it is only possible to select fractional schedules, CO2 in ppm can not be represented by a 0 to 1 values Is it my error or it’s a bug in the application?
