natural ventilation window

hi, how can i define in openstudio that the window will open when an indoor temperature is above 25 degrees? i have always cooling coil but natural ventilation should be used first due to energy saving reason. Regards

@Alberto Morales there have already been many posts related to "openstudio operable windows". This post might be most useful.

Probably, you don't know a bug in ZoneVentilation:WindandStackOpenArea as you don't mention about it in your video. Please use the feature carefully.

@Keigo, thanks for pointing this out! I had no idea. I will have to look into this further. I also found an error with the calculation of the thermal buoyancy per the ASHRAE research that this object is based on.
