I am trying to calculate energy consumption in an office which has a fan coil system (image1). I am not sure and selected a simple fan coil template (image 2). Under what conditions model should be linked to Suncast, Macroflo and ApacheHAVC.

I agree with @MatthewSteen. I know that IES prefers to support users on their own site, but this is a perfectly fine venue for user-to-user support. @shahryar, please feel free to keep asking questions here.

Always link suncast and ApHVAC. Without suncast linked, solar shading won't be taken into account, and if ApHVAC isn't linked, the ApSys system will be used rather than the ApHVAC one you created.

Dear Crduggin, Thank you so much for your reply. Please let me know if model is not linked to ApHVAC , the results of ApSys system will be correct. Yours sincerely,

It will be correct with respect to the building, but the ApSys system is much more simplified than ApHVAC. It matches the load perfectly and doesn't produce unmet hours. It is good for studies when the HVAC isn't important and doesn't change the building physics reaction to changes, such as comparing envelope options.

Dear Cory, I am so thankful for you.I am studying in two existing office buildings based on user behavior without comparing envelope.Firstly, I linked only model to Suncast to understand solar shading and energy consumption.Secondly, I am going to link model to Macroflo without Suncast to understand effect of natural ventilation on energy consumption. Please let me know after integrating my scenarios into project, I have to link model to both Suncast and Macroflo. Thanks in advance for any help and consideration. Yours sincerely,

Make sure to look at the MacroFlow opening types you have assigned and the profiles that controls when they open. Depending on how big a part shading plays, not linking suncast could make a significant different. Without suncast, you are getting true performance results for your building since it isn't even able to selfshade.
