Are ComStock building characteristic distributions available to the public?

Does ComStock have characteristic distribution TSV files similar to those from ResStock available to the public?

I've read that some of "the data sets that ComStock uses are proprietary or access-controlled," but I'd assume that once these have been aggregated and converted to probability distributions this would not longer be a concern.
