Running a basic model before entering optimization options in BEOpt v3 with 3.0.0.4 update. Using default options and no custom measures. Receiving the following error code

1/17/2023 1:06 PM: sizing_run: Unexpected error.
1/17/2023 1:06 PM: 1.xml: Error: Measure Failed with Error: can't convert nil into Float

Model available here.

Thanks for the bug report. For homes with eaves, certain building geometries could result in this error. I have a bugfix setup file that you can install over your previous version and it should fix it. (It includes all previous bugfixes too.)

Thanks! Worked on the first model I tested with the issue. FWIW, I really appreciate the faster runtimes and the help debugging. I haven't run side-by-side comparisons, but I'm already noticing faster iterations and its much easier to adopt. Makes me less (slightly) less concerned to consider rerunning old models in the new version. #mightbeabatchfeaturerequestlater
