Change the Construction Name in Building Surface:Detailed using Python API

Hello,

I am currently researching a solution to alter the construction name within the "Building Surface: Detailed" component using the Energy Plus API. I have a large collection of constructions that I would like to evaluate for energy usage and occupant behavior variations. Is it possible to utilize the Python API to modify the construction name within the "Building Surface: Detailed" component? Basically, I am looing for an actuator handle ID for Construction Name. But I did not find it in the EDD file.
