ECB/CH11 DOAS Systems Map

What has been others' experience with selecting DOAS units in the ECB/CH11 HVAC Systems Map?

Currently working on a case where the design uses (multiple) 40T DOAS unit(s), which are targeted for building electrification. Design team states that none of the approved manufacturers make a 40T HP DOAS and avoiding custom units; making electric resistance heat the only alternative. Does the Baseline become a CH11_Sys9 as a single zone (HP) or could the 'modeling limitations' exception be leveraged to hold Proposed & Budget/Baseline to same heating source (thought, this is more of a real world limitation than a modeling one)?
