Calculating total energy gain/loss due to ventilation air

I am trying to find out how much of a building's heating or cooling loads are due to ventilation air. Is there a specific variable, meter or summary report for this? if not, are the following variables:

• Air System Outdoor Air Mechanical Ventilation Requested Mass Flow Rate
• Zone Air Temperature
• Site Outdoor Air Drybulb Temperature

the correct ones to use with with good old ṁ x Cp x dT?
