Is it possible to create a thermal zone in OpenStudio?

Also can already created schedule be imported from another model?

Yes. Take a look at this tutorial.

Yes. I believe this tutorial includes information on importing data from other models.

Related to the second question, you can load any OSM as a library using the Load Library option in the File menu of the OpenStudio application.
