sketchup crashes [closed]
Hello gentlemen,
I have uploaded OS v 1.70 and Sketchup 2015 pro as well as Energy Plus ver 8.2. However upon launching Sketchup It crashes. Sketchup finds the plugin but does not appear to complete the install.
It is looking for something at a Github site: nextsteps/sketchupplugin_interface
I get a 404 error.
Is there a location to get a clean install that includes E+ and OS latest version together.

OpenStudio does now install it's own copy of EnergyPlus so you don't have to download and install that separately anymore.That is a strange behavior. What operating system and versions installer are you using (32 vs. 64 bit)?
Hello David, I was surprised when I did not see E+ installed after installing OS 1.7.0.
OpenStudio-1.7.0.c5bad04b2c-Win64.exe EnergyPlus-8.2.0-8397c2e30b-Windows-x86_64.exe
I expected the link: https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/re... to take me to the download but ended up using the 2-files shown above to complete the install.
Also the links at: http://nrel.github.io/OpenStudio-user...started/gettingstarted/ no longer take you to the Open Studio website.
It is my machine at work so tomorrow I will take a look
to see if maybe I've got the wrong version of Sketchup.
