I am not what it means when we choose this option 'Multizonewithoutdistribution' in the airflow network simulation control object. Does it mean that airflow driven by wind across interior doors and walls will not be simulated for a given airflow network model. Please i need some clarification about this. Thankyou.

As stated in the documentation, "MultiZone air flow calculations are performed during all simulation timesteps, but the air distribution system portion of the network is not modeled even if it is specified in the input data file." In other words, there would be no duct losses calculated and none of the AirflowNetwork:Distribution objects will have any effect.
