Hi, I am quite new to OS and E+. and I am not in the US I work on an industrial building with very high thermal loads, moisture and simple but special schedules and quite stringent indoor air requirements In OpenStudio, I do not understand how to get the specification numbers of the different elements, like lights, loads or schedules /standard Ashrae. How Can i modify them or create my own? any guide lines? what is the path?

Since it sounds like you are modeling a real building, a walk-through is the best way to identify the lighting and equipment loads. You can then create schedules to vary the power according to actual building operation.

Once you have done a walk through and know the loads/schedules you want, here is a link to documentation on adding internal loads. And here is a link to documentation on adding schedules.
