Dehumidification issue (Water Cooled System, DesignBuilder)

Hi,

I am using a VAV reheat Water-cooled chiller with full humidity control template in Detailed HVAC mode (DesignBuilder version 6) as shown below. However, I couldn't achieve the RH between the setpoint range (35%-60%) when my temperature setpoints are (13 and 22 °C) which are some operational boundary conditions. For my requirement (annual average temp 18 °C and RH 50%), I can increase the heating setpoint temperature a bit more (15-16 °C). However, I am trying to understand due to which possible reason/s the dehumidification are not happening accordingly or this might be a limitation for such system.

For this simulation, I kept all the values either autosize or pre-loaded based on template.

@Debayan93 is your plot of temperature and relative humidity for the whole building? If so, that is averaging for all zones in the model, including the unconditioned ones.

Hi @Aaron Boranian, currently my model has only one zone which is conditioned by the AHU. So the plots will be practically the same.
